Ordering
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your credit card information. You can also place your order by telephone by calling 1.866.859.8697 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm PST.
We would be happy to answer any questions regarding our products and services by e-mailing us at info@everythingforweddings.com or give us a call and we'd be happy to assist you.
Can I order a Sample of a Specific Product?
Samples are available for a variety of our products. Samples of personalizable products will often include sample personalization.
Guarantee/Returns
At everythingforweddings.com we pride ourselves in carrying the best in wedding accessories and stand behind our products 110%. We hope you are pleased with your order but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please e-mail us at info@everythingforweddings.com within 7 days of receiving your product for a return authorization.
Please return the unused and unworn products in their original packaging pre-paid by you. Please mark "return to Vendor" marked clearly on the box.
Understandably charges for personalized products, food items, shipping and handling and sample packs are non-refundable. Any shipping related duties and taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund.
We wish for you to have the best for your wedding so please let us know if we can help you in any way.
Shipping Details
Delivery Time
Delivery time ranges from 3-12 business days from when the order was placed depending on availability of products and the method of shipping chosen by the customer. Please note that a business day does not include Saturday, Sunday or Satutotry Holidays. Please allow 2-7 days for processing your order plus shipping time. Three additional business days are required for personalized orders. Rush orders are available at an additional charge of approximately $20.00. Please call us at 1-866-859-8697 to make special arrangements.
All the products on this website are shipped from Canada or the US, depending on where the order is from, and are in US pricing. 95% of all our products ship from our warehouse in the US or from our warehouse in Canada which passes along savings on duty charges. All applicable Taxes and duties will be charged.
Will my order require a signature?
2nd day air orders will require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package. Please provide an address where someone will be able to sign for the package upon arrival. We prefer to ship to a work or business address to ensure delivery.
To ensure delivery of your product for your special day we recommend you order as early as possible. Every package is shipped with due care and attention. Everything for Weddings will not be liable for shipments that arrive late due to problems with the courier, customs, war, terrorist attacks or acts of god.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
2nd day air orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address. All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take an additional 2-3 buisness days to arrive.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express through Paypal. Paypal is a secure online payment processor that accepts all major credit cards. A paypal account is not required to make a purchase, just simply enter your details.
You can also pay by mail with a Money Order or Certified Cheque. Your order will be processed upon payment being received. This may delay your shipment. No COD orders will be accepted.

Will taxes be charged on my order?
5% gst will be applied to orders within Canada. 7% PST will also be applied to orders within British Columbia.
What currency are prices in?
All prices on everythingforweddings are in American Dollars.

How secure is your website?
Your need for privacy is our priority. Because of this, we have taken the appropriate measures to secure all confidential information provided when making purchases. SSL (Secure Socket Layers) is used to safeguard against hacker intrusion. SSL renders information unreadable to anyone who tries to intercept it. Any information provided for the purpose of processing an online order remains private and will never be shared, sold or traded to outside parties.

We take pride in the performance of our website but sometimes we hear from people who have had problems getting through.
In our experience, performance problems on the Internet can occur for a variety of different reasons, including the time of day, congestion on the Internet itself, problems at an individual Internet Service Provider, or problems at a website. It's always possible that you tried us at a time when we were very busy.
